I can't use iTunes conversion tools because apparently iTunes doesn't work on Vista x64, as a heads-up. Windows Media Player does not as standard play AAC shared between iTunes and WMP with no problems, but have not bothered to upgrade to Vista which is the biggest waste of electrons [and money] on the planet.

All I see is your whiny assed attitude. As soon as M$ fixes Vista, iTunes just might work like it is supposed to. Sir, I hope you own no Apple stock. .... The XP x64 bits have been FIXED for some months, now. HP just doesn't want to spend the MONEY to do it. Maybe it is because the games won't work on XP64.

I tried for 2 years to like it, and just couldn't, no matter how hard I tried. Its' just not for me. If it's for you, then "go to, dude". I will stay with XP or soon, Vista, on my Apple Intel PC, thanks to Apple. No argument from me. I agree competition is good. Then we agree, and that's all that matters.

Name a good Vista feature that goes beyond what's in Tiger.
I installed QuickTime and iTunes (Business x64 w/ 4 x 500GB and 6GB RAM, Quad Xeon) Afterward, I could hear the disk drives churning and a lot of activity. Looking for something in Task Manager for what or who was indexing, searching, it wasn't using more than 1-3% cpu and no clue which. Seems like it would be more

Also, Adobe Acrobat 5.0 will not run on Vista (they are currently on v. 8.0, any surprise that there is no current driver for 5.0? when I couldn't separate them within Windows Movie Maker, or as a way to be able to use my slow down software to study music that I only had as m4p files (protected iTunes format.

Booting Vista on Different PC Computers
Apple made it difficult by FAILING to have iTunes ready for Vista's release to the General Public. Yeah, due to crappy M$ APIs and constantly changing APIs from M$. I see no evidence that they ever really were. Well, once upon a time they had one really good programmer, that they stole from an early competitor,
